Tales of the unexpected sextortionist…

So this is going to come as a bit of a surprise to anyone who doesn’t follow me on social media, but on Friday afternoon last week, there was an attempt to blackmail me, and extort £70k from me to stop him (my assumption is it’s a him) sending out photo shopped photos of my head on a naked lady’s body using a vibrator.

Apparently I was expected to pay up to stop the photo of ‘me’ being circulated to all my friends, family and followers.

…a photoshopped photo no less going out…

In all honesty, as someone who isn’t ashamed of nakedness or sex, I probably wasn’t the right target of this little endeavour, I wouldn’t even pay up if the photo was actually real, but I’m definitely not paying for a fake photo of “me”.

Photo “me” has got a nice enough body and a tidy foof.

But as it’s not my tidy foof I can’t see why anyone would think I’d pay to stop it being shared.

My main concern was, if he did carry out his threat, people might think I’d wear that nasty necklace!

I’m assuming most people would know it wasn’t me just from the choker alone! as if I’d wear that!?! Come on!!!

I have an awful lot of time on my hands, so I FaceTimed my friend Kim as the threatening messages were coming through, and we took great delight in trolling him back.

At one point I did offer him the £451, towards the 70 thousand pound asking price, that I have in my Vinted account but he wasn’t impressed. Such a picky blackmailer.

It was utterly bizarre and laughable, because I have a very strong constitution, and very little shame or fear of silliness.

I had to report it to the police, they informed me that he may well still send the photos out. I suppose he’s gone to all that trouble to put my head on vibrator girls body he won’t want to waste his artistry, so I put a post on my Stories to please ignore the photos and report the account.

It’s such a weird sequence of events. The unknown blackmailer person called me twice via Instagram, but before I could answer it, they hung up.

It was then I saw the messages and the very graphic photo (I added the sunflowers to protect body girl’s modesty and protect her livelihood).

I was more annoyed for her really, her Only Fans content is being used to blackmail people. She’s not getting a cut of that money, so it seems very unfair on her, it’s her intellectual property.

Obviously I knew it wasn’t me… even though I failed to notice that body lady doesn’t have a colostomy. It was a friend who pointed that bit out to me, which made me howl with laughter, this idiot man had done literally zero research! For a 70k asking price that is unacceptable! :)

It’s all with Braintree CID now. They’ll investigate it as best they can. But as the likely culprit is abroad they have no jurisdiction.

I asked the officer to make it clear in the case notes that I haven’t worn a choker since December 1998. I felt this was an important fact. :)

I found it utterly baffling that I was targeted. Blackmailer guy (like I said, I assume it’s a he), said one of my friends ‘had set me up’ to be blackmailed…

It’s such “evilly clever” tactics. They were attempting to destabilise my trust in my friends. In the hope I would feel isolated, and would make me more compliant.

Sadly for them, I’m very gobby, and not prone to shame, so I just added it all, with screenshots, to my Instagram, and tagged the blackmailer’s account in the posts.

He really didn’t like that at all, he accused me of “not being very nice”…the blackmailer felt I was the not nice one in this situation. Ffs

The policewoman I spoke to was relieved to hear that I wasn’t bothered by it all. I was making her and her colleagues laugh with my interactions with him.

But, there is a nasty, very serious and dangerous situation playing out on social media right now.

The police were surprised at how much was being asked from me, usually it’s only a couple of hundred pounds, and possibly surprisingly, the current trend of extortion is overwhelmingly against men, particularly young men right now.

Very pretty ‘girls’ are tricking boys into sending photos or videos of themselves in compromising positions, and then threatening to send the pictures out to their friends and family.

I personally know of one such case.

And the police lady told me about one lad who was tricked into sending photos and videos of himself masturbating, and was then blackmailed for it a little while ago, sadly, he felt so desperate that tried to end his life.

I found mine weird but not upsetting. He found his unbearable.

Please Be aware ~ warn your kids.

This is not about people having to stop doing things they enjoy, absolutely not ~ but definitely don’t send footage of it out to anyone.

I’m not terribly concerned about my experience because it’s laughable. Although I did freak out at bedtime that maybe they were in the UK, and they’d come back and kidnap me or something…not that I overreacted or anything.  ;)

But it would be heartbreaking for someone vulnerable to be targeted. Some people are actually paying up, even if the photos aren’t really of them, so fearful of the “shame” they are meant to experience.

The police are getting 5-7 calls a day about social media blackmail plots, and that’s just Essex police.

It’s important to know your worth…and apparently mine is £70k to keep ‘my’ foof secret from my friends and family

I wasn’t sure, and to be honest I’m still not sure, whether I had to make the payment to save myself from my family seeing ‘my’ lady parts, or for the purposes of protecting my family from having to see it.

Either way, I’m not paying.

It got even more ridiculous when other accounts (but obviously still the same person) started sending me messages to say they had seen videos of my sex tapes and photos going round the internet.

I had to spend the evening blocking and reporting them…one surprising account was “Keanu Reeves”….he was very disappointed with me.  Hahahahahah. Bonkers, absolutely bonkers.

Please chat with the young people in your life, warn them they are being targeted, and that most definitely isn’t funny.

One of my personal favourites from all these interactions is when he actually typed “okay hold on” rather than just saying that bit in his head. Hahaha

I also enjoyed his dismay at my offer of £451 towards his £70k demand. :)

A few things strike me as odd, 1, someone thought I was a worthy target. I’m a nobody, why would they bother? 2, as if I’d pay for a photoshopped image, and 3, …at least they used a lovely smiley picture of me.

It’s a lovely photo. :)

Nearly dying has very few benefits, but it certainly makes you appreciate what matters and what doesn’t.

And blackmail is most definitely on the doesn’t list.

I did have to laugh, because while the threats were coming through I could not have looked less like the photo shopped photo if I tried.

I started off okay, but in the afternoon I had to clear up the dead bodies of the hundreds of wasps in the back garden. And I’m allergic to stinging bugs…this was far more scary than blackmail.

So this was what I actually looked like.

I can assure you I was having a lot less fun than photo girl! ;)

Anyway life carries on, and Saturday we headed down to Hampshire to see Milly, Sam and Zak. Which was a surprise that Chris had arranged. And it was wonderful.

We were going out for dinner, but I felt confident enough that I wore jeans. The journey is quite long, so I pull the bag out of my trousers for travelling, and tuck it back in when we arrive. I knew the car would be parked nearby while we ate, so I left my spares in there, and I could change at their house should I need to.

It was wonderful to see them all as we haven’t seen them in ages. And definitely worth the trip down to pick up the gift Zak bought for me.

I treated myself to a hot chocolate in the garden in it on Sunday morning. :)

Then Sunday Chris and I headed to Bishop Stortford to watch polo. Again I felt emboldened enough to wear jeans, maybe because I had successfully slain a blackmailer? It does rather put a spring in your step, but mainly because I’m 99.9% sure they are abroad, and 100% they are as thick as s***!

I wore my jeans again, safe in the knowledge that the car was parked 2 minutes walk away should leaks occur.

We had such a lovely afternoon. Sitting on a sofa in the sunshine. watching some fantastic matches.

I love watching the polo, but I love the wandering dogs more. Every time we go I find a new friend. :)

I was probably pushing my luck with jeans 3 days in a row, but what’s life for if not to live a little dangerously. ;)

All dolled up for not very much. But worth while anyway. Look good to feel good. :)

I’m learning to balance my dressing. I’d probably alternate between dresses and trousers every other day. But if I do wear tight jeans for a few days I definitely want to give myself at least a chance not to get backed up and constipated.

So the rest of this week is going to be loose trousers or dresses.

I’m also using, with great effect Fybogel tablets. I take a couple a day and they keep my stoma free flowing. Which just makes everything better. :)

Keep well, stay safe, and be aware of criminal masterminds…
